This week due to a fire at my uncles house, and the 4th of July, I did not hit my goals... However, missing two gym days... I still feel like I did pretty good.   
21 miles done.  4 Miles Missed
 2 spin class done. 1 Missed1 weights day done. 2 Missed
1 lb lost
At least I have next week to try again! :)
