194.2 -- Last week I was 193.2
I do not understand my disconnect with food. Some how, I think that if I wish hard enough, and want it bad enough, it will magically happen. However, that's not the way it works.
I need to remember that loosing weight is going to be tough. Its going to take dedication and hard work. I have to exercise some self control. I have to be the boss of my body, and not let it run all crazy like down the candy isle snarfing down what ever it desires.
The good news is, its a new week, a new day and I am working to be better than I was yesterday!
