Monday Goals

Well... last week was a bust for goals. I stopped keeping track. It was just too much. Rather than having a mini breakdown because I didn't hit my goals... I decided to save my sanity and take it easy last week. I still went to the gym a lot, and I still went on my long run on Saturday. So over all, I feel really well about last week.

I do want to keep pushing myself, so here are my goals for this week.

Run 20 Miles
30 Day Shred 6 Days
Weights 3 Days
Spin Class 2 days

Me and a bunch of people at work are going to start doing the 30 day shred at work on our lunch breaks. This means that I should not miss a week day ever. And I have a bunch of other people to compete with keep me motivated. :)

I have heard that the 30 day shred really works. and there are a ton of before and after pictures out there, so I am excited to see what it can do for me.

    I just found your blog and love it. I feel like I'm in the same boat, yet not nearly motivated enough. You have some awesome goals for the week!!! Keep it up!!!
